PLEASE READ FAQ BELOW BEFORE ODERING THE SERVICE

This is a non-binding order form. No payment is required at this stage.

Payment instructions will be sent once your documents have been reviewed and onboarding screening has been successfully completed (for you and, if applicable, the person you represent).

THIS SERVICE IS SUBJECT TO CONTRACT AND APPLICABLE KYC SCREENING. IT IS INTENDED FOR CROSS-BORDER KYC ONLY. IF YOU REQUIRE KYC FOR YOUR HOME COUNTRY THIS SERVICE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSES.

If you are a resident of the UK, US or Canada (or acting on behalf of a UK, US, Canadian company), as well as if the documents are intended to be used in UK, US or Canada, this service is not available to you.

* If you request this service on behalf of another person, please, specify his/her details in the Message box above.

** Even if you order Basic Service (i.e. you don't need a certified translation of your proof of address) we may still ask you to provide it as a part of our own screening of the clients.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this notarisation legally valid internationally?

Yes, we work with registered EU- and UK-based notaries. The notarised documents are valid in most jurisdictions. Your notarised document will be in English. If you need your document in another language, in most cases you will be able to have it translated by a local translator. To do so, you may need to order a "Hard copy" from us. If in doubt, check with your recipient.

Do I need qn apostille and/or hard copies ?

Only if your recipient specifically requires it. Usually it is required if your recipient is a government body (a court, immigration etc.). Please check in advance. Apostilles and hard copies are optional services. Unfortunately, we cannot advise on recipient requirements.

How long does the service take?

The typical processing time is 2–3 business days after we receive your complete documents. This is not guaranteed and may vary depending on your order and availability of a notary and translators.

What if I need it urgently?

If you require an expedited service, feel free to reach out. We’ll do our best, but we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.  Additional urgency fees may apply if we are able to accommodate a faster turnaround.

How do I submit my documents securely?

Once you place your order, you’ll receive instructions to your email how to upload your passport and proof of address via a secure encrypted email or data room link.

What will I receive and what is an e-signature?

Unless you order "Hard Copies" service, you will receive the PDF document e-signed by notary public using a Qualified Electronic Signature (QES), fully compliant with eIDAS — the EU regulation on electronic identification and trust services. Adobe Acrobat will display the signature as trusted. Please note that some non-EU countries, particularly government authorities, may not accept EU electronic signatures as legally valid. Please, check in advance with your recipient  if the electronic form as described above is acceptable. If not, you may need to oder "Hard Copies" service to have your notarised and apostilled (if relevant) documents delivered to you or your recipient by a courrier (DHL or other international courrier service).

When do I pay?

Payment instructions will be sent once your documents are reviewed and the onboarding screening is successfully completed (for you and, if applicable, the person you represent).

Are there any hidden costs?

No, provided your documents are not too lengthy (over 500 words). In such cases, you may be asked to cover additional translation costs. Prices of optional services like apostille and hard copies are clearly indicated. If you need additional services not listed above (e.g., criminal clearance certificates), additional charges may apply.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Billing can be issued in your local currency where available. You can view the list of supported currencies in the Order form.

Is this accepted for bank account opening, crypto onboarding, immigration, etc.?

Acceptance depends on the specific requirements of the receiving institution or authority. While banks and fintech platforms may accept electronically notarised documents, immigration offices may require hard copies and/or an apostille. Please check directly with your recipient before placing your order, as they may only require simple copies without notarisation or apostille.

Why can’t UK residents use this service?

Due to regulatory matters, this service is not available for residents of the United Kingdom, US or Canada. Please, reach out for an alternative solution.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We follow GDPR-compliant practices and use encrypted transmission channels and encrypted storage for all documents. Please refer to our Privacy Policy here
